Commissioned to renovate and redesign an existing hotel in Maasai Mara, our team conducted immersive field research. By synthesizing insights from ecological preservation, cultural significance, and operational sustainability, we conceived an eco-conscious tribal resort—a concept merging artistic intentionality with functional adaptability. This multifaceted complex integrates color schemes, material selections, and cultural narratives into a unified design language, achieving harmony between commercial objectives and ecological stewardship.
