The owners aspire to reinterpret tea culture, aiming to shift the young demographic’s perception of Chinese tea from its traditional, unembellished image to something more contemporary. YuQiang Group approaches the space with structural modifications and the integration of new elements to inject a sense of drama. By using the terroir characteristics of tea as a creative medium, they reinterpret these features to rupture conventional spatial experiences. This approach fosters a younger, more dynamic cultural touchpoint for tea, challenging and revitalizing traditional perceptions.
