The Mixc Gourmets’ Fair, nestled in the Luohu District of Shenzhen, marks China Resources Land’s inaugural “market-style shopping center.” With “food” as its theme and “home” as its mode of expression, YuQiang Group distinguishes from the traditional commercial layout by incorporating a multitude of central islands and open spaces. Both in content and form, the design embraces a market-like atmosphere, fostering a sense of comfort and naturalness, a continuity of warm, homely vibes, and a rich nourishment of emotions. It serves as an energy refueling station for the patrons of The Mixc Gourmets’ Fair.
